Health is a basic right of all individuals equally and equitably. The health sector plays a critical role in maintaining the well-being of communities through holistic approaches to prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Funded by LAND, rehabilitation of primary health care centers to ensure the proper delivery of quality healthcare services to vulnerable population, free screening days in several healthcare centers all over the Bekaa region, and for elderly in Dar Al Saada center.

Every October, LAND has been funding mammography screening campaigns along with awareness sessions about breast cancer to encourage early diagnosis and prevention from this disease. In partnership with BLOM bank, LAND provided Ain Kfarzabad PHC with required equipment to encourage community members to access all its cost-effective services and reduce the financial burden on the health sector.

So far, 312 medical aids were provided by Dr. Youssef Najib Sassine in response to health needs of vulnerable populations aiming to prevent diseases, promote health, and protect human life.
